At Claws & Co., our mission is to provide you with a relaxing, beautiful, and stress-free experience every time you visit. To help us ensure the best service for all of our clients, we kindly ask that you review and follow our salon policies below

Appointments & Cancellations

Please arrive on time for your appointment so we can give you the full experience you deserve. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours, or missed appointments, will be subject to the full service fee.

Late Arrivals

Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule. We’ll always do our best to accommodate you while respecting the time of other clients.

No-Show

Your time is valuable—and so is ours. When an appointment is missed without notice, it affects both our team and clients waiting for an opening.

If you do not show up for your appointment and no notice is given, it will be considered a no-show, and the full service amount will be charged.

We completely understand that life happens—please just give us a heads-up if you're unable to make it. A quick message goes a long way and allows us to better accommodate everyone.

Payments & Gratuities

We accept cash, credit, and debit cards. Gratuities are always appreciated and may be given in cash or added to your card at checkout.

Nail Art & Custom Designs

If you’d like custom nail art, please send us inspiration photos ahead of time. Intricate or detailed designs may require additional time and pricing, which we’ll gladly discuss with you before beginning.

Fixes & Repairs

We want your nails to stay flawless! If your gel or extension service chips or breaks within 5 days, we’re happy to offer a complimentary fix. Just reach out to us as soon as possible to schedule a quick repair.

Please note: Regular polish is not eligible for complimentary fixes, as it is more delicate and prone to smudging once you leave the salon. We kindly ask you to ensure your nails are fully dry before heading out. For your convenience, we offer a quick-dry spray to help speed up the drying process!

Health & Safety

Your health and safety—as well as the well-being of our team—is our highest priority at Claws & Co.

To ensure a safe and hygienic environment for everyone, we kindly ask that clients do not receive services if they have open cuts, wounds, infections, or signs of irritation on their hands or feet. These conditions can increase the risk of discomfort, infection, or cross-contamination.

We kindly ask that you let us know in advance if you’re experiencing any of these issues, so we can guide you appropriately. If we notice any concerns during your visit, we may gently recommend rescheduling your appointment until the area has fully healed.

Respectful Environment

We’re committed to creating a warm, welcoming, and respectful space for every guest and team member.

For the well-being of our staff and clients, we kindly reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who displays rude, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior, including harassment of any kind.

We believe everyone deserves to feel comfortable and valued while in our space, and we truly appreciate your kindness and cooperation in helping us maintain a positive atmosphere.

Children & Guests

To keep the salon peaceful and enjoyable for all, we kindly ask that only guests receiving services attend the appointment. Children are welcome only if they are scheduled for a service as well.

Pet-Friendly

We love our furry friends and are happy to welcome well-behaved pets into the salon! If your pet is friendly, calm, and comfortable around people, they are more than welcome to accompany you during your appointment.

To ensure a peaceful and enjoyable environment for all clients, we kindly ask that pets remain on a leash or in a carrier, and are supervised at all times. If any disruptions occur, we may ask that your pet be taken outside for the comfort and safety of others.

Refunds

Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds. However, your happiness is very important to us. If there’s anything you’re not satisfied with, please let us know so we can make it right before you leave.
